Maison Talent Collective is led by Anthony Clemenza, its founder.

Mr. Clemenza is an admitted attorney and a principal of the Clemenza Group, a private holding of affiliated practices operating across law, representation, and cultural enterprise. His practice centers on entertainment counsel, brand negotiation, and the long-term representation of career talent. Legal services are provided through Clemenza Law Group, a separate practice, under its own engagement. The house is small, and it is stated plainly elsewhere on this site that it does not publish aspirational rosters or staff it does not have. What it publishes instead is a set of commitments with times attached, and a page that says whether it is meeting them.

Every contract you sign will be read by a lawyer who would read it for a sophisticated commercial party. Every deal will be structured the way a serious business is structured. Every quarter, you receive the paperwork that confirms what you earned and what is still owed. The care is operational. The protection is architectural.
