The Introduction
You tell us who, and why. A short, confidential note: the person, the discipline, and what you believe the house can protect or build. No roster to fill, no quota to meet.
The Conversation
We meet your introduction privately, on their terms and yours. Representation is offered only where the fit is real and the structure can stand. Discretion is a principal term throughout.
The Standing
Your introduction is recorded against your name and it stays there. There is no finder fee and none is implied. What you get is the same discretion you extended, a straight answer either way, and a house that knows which relationships produced its talent.
