Every talent house says they work hard. Maison publishes how. Below are the service-level commitments that govern our work. They are not aspirations. They are the floor. Serious talent should know what representation is accountable for before signing it.
Legal Flag Turnaround
Twenty-four hours.
Legal flags receive a response within twenty-four hours. Not as a policy, as a habit. Every talent under representation has a direct line to counsel; every contract anomaly is surfaced, named, and met with a written position before the next business day ends.
Contract Markup
Forty-eight hours, redlined.
Inbound brand agreements are marked up within forty-eight hours of receipt. We read them, we flag them, we protect you. Standard markup includes rights of publicity, territory, exclusivity, morals clauses, audit rights, approval rights, and payment terms.
Earnings Transparency
Weekly statements, always.
Every represented talent receives a statement on a weekly cadence: earned, pending, and cleared. Your earnings should never be a question. Monthly and quarterly summaries follow, formatted for your accountants and outside advisors.
Audit Rights
Your ledger, your access.
Every deal Maison negotiates on your behalf retains audit rights in your name. You, or any professional you designate, can verify what was paid, what was withheld, and what was owed. No permission required. No friction introduced.
Payment Escrow
Protected, not commingled.
Brand-side payments flow through protected escrow accounts separated from our operating accounts. Your money is insulated from our business. Disbursements are tracked, reconciled, and documented. You will always know where your earnings are held and when they are released.
Direct Access
Answered the same day.
Every message through the portal reaches a named member of your team and is answered the same business day. There is no queue, no ticket, and no intermediary between you and the people handling your work. The relationship is not confined to a portal: you hold your representative's direct number from the first day.
The Quarterly Review
Every quarter, in writing.
Every quarter, we put your career on paper: the current work, the value lying dormant, the risks worth naming, and the next horizon. Representation that only manages the present is managing very little. We think in decades, and we put that thinking on the table four times a year.
