The first measure of a house is what it refuses to say.
Your privacy goes into the contract as a term we argue for, the same way money does. What is said about you gets handled as carefully as what is said by you. Here it is also the software: your payment clock runs visibly on every booking, seven business days from the day a client's money clears to us, and there is no advance fee to fall into debt against. Usage and buyout terms are priced and bounded before anything is signed, and the watch on your likeness runs as a standing mandate.
Actors
Union status is asked at the door, because it changes what a contract may say. Consent to any digital replica is written clearly and separately, never buried, and backend, bonus, and residual terms are drafted so they can be checked later rather than taken on faith. When a dispute lands, your representation can act on it, because your representation includes counsel.
Musicians
This industry loses artists their money in the gaps: unregistered works, unmatched royalties, statements nobody re-reads. Every material statement here is checked against the agreement it came from, registration is confirmed as part of onboarding rather than assumed, and a reversion window goes on the calendar before it closes, not after.

Where a league or a players’ association caps the fee, the cap governs, and the agreement says so. How does Maison approach representation?
As a house rather than a booking desk. Everything we do sits under four pillars: protection, excellence, discretion, and legacy. There is a lawyer at the center of it, so your contracts, what you are locked out of, and how your deals are built all get proper attention before you sign anything. We are trying to build you a long career, not a busy quarter.
How do I apply for representation?
Through the application on this site. The form changes depending on your discipline, so you are only asked for what is actually relevant to you. A person reads every submission, privately, and you get an answer within ten business days either way, including if the answer is no. We do not run open calls and we do not leave you checking your inbox for a month.
What does representation cost?
One commission, disclosed in writing before you sign, and never more than twenty percent. Where a union or a league caps the rate lower, the lower number governs, and we write that into the agreement rather than leaving you to look it up. There is no signing fee, no advance fee, and no interest on anything, ever. Every Friday statement shows the commission next to the booking it came from, so you can check the number against the promise whenever you like.
When am I paid?
Weekly, with your Friday statement, from funds the house has actually received. Each statement is prepared in one recorded step and approved in a second before the payout posts, and your money sits in its own ledger from the day it arrives to the day it leaves. The house does not advance money that has not landed; it keeps the payer on a published clock instead, and you can watch that clock from your portal.
Which disciplines does the house represent?
Seven disciplines: models, actors, musicians, athletes, creators, artists, and designers. The house is multi-discipline on purpose, and you get the same standard of care whichever one you are.
Does Maison require exclusivity?
Your terms with us, including anything exclusive, are agreed individually and written down before we start. Inside a deal, we treat exclusivity as something you are selling rather than something you concede: where it applies, for how long, and how widely all get argued. We never let it through as standard wording.
How is confidentiality handled?
Your privacy is written into the agreement, the same way money is. What you send us is read privately and kept confidential. Anything sensitive stays need-to-know. We do not talk about the people we represent, and that does not change when it would be convenient for us.
An extension of representation
Presence under management.
For a small number of the people we represent, the house also runs their public presence, and it runs it the way it runs a contract: editorial rather than promotional, and considered rather than constant. Copy is read by counsel before it goes anywhere, your likeness is protected exactly as it is everywhere else here, and nothing is published that you have not seen.
