What are typical timelines?

You get a real answer to an inquiry within one business day, which is commitment 09 on the Maison Standard rather than an aspiration. After that the timeline is set by your brief. Selection, terms, and agreement are settled before the shoot, so your production dates are protected once they are committed.

How are usage rights handled?

Settled up front: territory, term, media, exclusivity, and approvals stated in plain language before the work begins. We track your usage and renewals past delivery too, so a license never lapses or overruns without anyone noticing.
