Credentials
One name on the door,
and it is a lawyer's.
You should know who is answerable for your work before you hand it over. What follows is the whole of it: who runs this house, what they are admitted to do, and the rules the house holds itself to in writing.

Legal Credentials
Maison Talent Collective is a private management house. Anthony Clemenza, Founder and Managing Director, is an attorney admitted in New York and the founder of Clemenza Law Group, where he practices entertainment law. His work centers on entertainment counsel, brand negotiation, and the long-term representation of career talent.
He studied under Chief Justice John Roberts at a program in Europe and served as business editor of his law review. He writes and publishes on legal matters, has founded and run companies in every seat from chief executive to general counsel, and chairs the board of The Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity established in 2006.
Your engagement is governed by a written agreement from the first day, and every material decision taken on your behalf is documented, so you can go back and see what was decided and when.

The Clemenza Group
A private family of companies.
The Clemenza Group is a private holding of affiliated practices operating across law, representation, and cultural enterprise. Maison Talent Collective is its talent house. What that means for you in practice is that the legal, tax and corporate work a career eventually needs is already inside the building rather than something you go looking for later.

Leadership Principles
Representation is a fiduciary practice before it is anything else.
Governance
Every representation begins with a written agreement. Every material decision is documented. Every conflict of interest is disclosed.
Compensation
The house earns one disclosed commission on work it negotiated, and nothing else. No packaging fees. No stake in a production seated across the table from you. No payment from any vendor for being chosen.
Privilege
Conversations with the Private Office are confidential, and where legal privilege applies it applies properly. Your documents are held to professional standards that outlast any single deal.
The Private Office
By appointment.
Maison operates by referral and introduction. For a confidential conversation, reach the Private Office directly.
