Every Maison representative is
credentialed, named, and reachable.
This is not a warning notice. It is how the house conducts itself. Protection of the people we represent begins with the way Maison communicates, and with making it simple to confirm who we are. Below, in plain language, is what to expect, and what to disregard.
Credentials
We answer by name, from a Maison address.
Every Maison representative communicates from an @maisontalent.com address. A personal email, a messaging app, or a direct message is not a credentialed channel. If you are unsure whether an approach is genuine, confirm it with the Private Office before you respond. A real representative will expect you to.
Payments
Maison never asks you for money.
We do not request payment of any kind from talent, applicants, or their families. There are no fees, deposits, representation retainers, casting fees, or charges for classes, portfolios, or photo shoots. If money is requested in our name, it is not from this house.
Imagery
Your materials are reviewed privately, and only by us.
Maison never requests nude or lingerie imagery, and never reviews personal materials outside a credentialed Maison system. No third party reviews your materials without your prior written consent. Portraits are reviewed as originals, in confidence.
If something does not match

If you have received outreach that does not meet the conditions above, do not respond to it. Write to info@maisontalent.com with what you received and when. We will confirm or deny, and report where appropriate. The Maison Standard governs what we commit to; this page governs how to confirm who we are.
Maison communicates only through verified channels. We never request payment, nude or lingerie imagery, or materials outside credentialed Maison systems.
