Anyone can write a philosophy. This page is the daily reality: eleven things you hold as a member of this house, each one a screen you can open in your portal today. None of it is a promise about later.
The Read
A lawyer reads it before you sign it.
Every agreement that arrives for you is marked up within forty-eight hours, and it comes back to you in writing. It always covers where your image can run and for how long, what you are locked out of while it runs, who has to approve what, whether you can check the numbers later, and when you actually get paid. Anything you flag yourself is answered within twenty-four hours. What is still being argued sits in your portal, so the argument never happens somewhere you cannot see it.
The Payment Clock
When we hold your money, a clock runs against us.
The day a client’s payment reaches Maison, a deadline starts, and it is ours to meet, not yours to chase. Your portal lists every amount we owe you and the date it is due. If we are ever late, you see it there before we explain it. Nothing tells you more about a house than what happens to your money while it sits with them.
The Separate Account
Your money sits in its own account.
When a client pays, our commission is the only part that touches the house’s own account. Your share is set aside in a client account, and your portal shows it: what is held for you right now, and every movement in and out, dated. The Payment Clock says when each amount is due to you. This screen says where it sits until then. Across the whole house, that account has to equal what is owed out of it to the cent, and the books are checked against that rule every time you open the page.
The Ledger
Your earnings, with the math shown.
Every job in your statement shows the fee, our commission, the expenses, and your net. Nothing arrives as a single mysterious number. Through the year, your portal keeps a running figure for your taxes and tells you what to set aside, so April is just arithmetic. You can open any period and check us, line by line.
The Refusals
A record of what we said no to.
Most houses show you what they got you. We also keep a record of what we turned away in your name: the interview we declined, the use of your image we refused, and the reason, each time. You read it in your portal. And if you disagree with a no, you can say so, in writing, in the same place.
The Desk
Every approach comes to us, in your name.
Brands, producers and journalists write to the house, and we answer as your representation. Whoever writes gets a real answer from a person within one business day, and we publish that timing so you can hold us to it. When something genuinely needs you, it reaches your portal with our read on it, for you to approve, decline, or ask a question about. The rest we answer for you, and every answer given in your name is written down where you can read it.
The Watch
Your face, your voice, your name, watched over.
A watch runs daily for uses of your likeness, including the synthetic kind. When something real surfaces, you see the finding in your portal, with the evidence. What happens next is decided by our lawyer, with you. A machine flags; it never speaks for you.
The Quiet Door
A route that reaches our lawyer alone.
If something happens on a job that you are not ready to put on the record, your portal has a door for it. What you write reaches our lawyer and no one else. You can withdraw it at any time before it closes, and withdrawing means it stops. An answer is owed to you within two business days, and the house tracks its own lateness on that promise the same way it tracks your money.
The Open File
You can ask what we hold about you.
Your portal lists what the house holds about you, category by category, and why, in plain words. From the same screen you can ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion, and every request goes to our lawyer and lands on a thirty-day clock you can see. Some records stay whatever you ask: signed contracts and the money records, because the law requires us to keep them and they are your own proof too. The page says so before you ask.
The Introductions
The specialists you need, brought to you.
Your wealth, your insurance, your tax, your estate: this is work that belongs with a specialist of your own, and a house that tried to do all of it for you would be doing some of it badly. Our part is the introduction. You ask in your portal, the request goes on your file, and every introduction we make for you is recorded there with the date and where it led. The relationship is yours from the first meeting, and you never pay for an introduction.
The Long Arc
Representation that outlasts the current work.
Your portal carries more than this season. The venture in development, the milestones behind you, and a review each quarter of where this is going all live there, next to your schedule. When one discipline winds down, the plan for the next is already written, with you in the room. The work ends someday. What you build here is meant to keep going.
