This page is for artists Maison Studio is right for, when the fee is out of reach. If you are able to meet it, please apply for a commission instead, and leave these places to the people who need them.

Each quarter a small number of commissions are met in part by The Creative Trust, the arts program of The Legacy Foundation. You pay what you can and the Trust covers the rest.

The work is the same work, by the same designers, to the same standard, with the same people looking after it afterward.

The Trust reads these, not the studio. You will be asked about your circumstances in your own words. We do not ask for a figure and we will never ask you for a document.

Places are limited and there are always more applications than there are places, so please apply early. Every application is answered, including the ones we decline. Someone tells you within one business day that a person has it, and you have our decision within five.
